High Pole Striker Rods & Mount

NEW! The striker rods are now wrapped with our exclusive "Pole Mate" wrap. The high pole striker is designed to "strike" an obstruction and alert the pilot car driver that they have encountered an object that may be as low or lower then the high load truck they are escorting.

The Pole Mate adds visibility and additional strength to the high pole striker rod.

The set comes with (4) fiberglass striker rods, and our slip over mount.

The mount slips over and onto your Wonder Pole®. Secure the high pole Striker Mount using the two lower set screws. Use the handy hex wrench supplied with each mount to secure the mount to the top of your high pole.

Our striker rods are  approximately 46" in length, and the Striker Mount allows you to expose up to 3 feet of the rod. This can control the rigidity or flexibility of the rod by sliding more or less of the rod into the mount. Be sure to insert the unmarked end of the striker rod into the mount. Bes sure to have at least 10" of the striker rod inserted into the mount at all times. Now tighten the two set screws against the fiberglass rod and check to see if it is secure and will not pull out of the mount.
