Payment:
Please ensure that the billing information provided matches the name and address from your credit card statement, exactly. Middle initials should be included with the first name when applicable. This will help to ensure that our credit card fraud protection system does not reject the transaction.

International Shipping:
The shipping charges provided during checkout do not include import duty, taxes, or brokerage fees. All import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are to be paid directly to the courier at time of import.

Drop Ship:
Please provide a shipping address separate from your billing address during checkout, and we can ship the order directly to your customer. Please request drop ship in the “Order Notes” during checkout, and all pricing will be hidden on the order.

**RUSH ORDERS – for expedited shipping please place your order before 1pm PST Mon-Fri , and your order will ship the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following business day.**

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS: shipping services will be unavailable New Years Eve (Tues 12-31), and New Years Day (Wed 1/1). All orders received will be processed and ship on Thursday Jan 2nd 2025. Thank you for your understanding. Happy New Year!
