Extension Pole

The following is a description of the quality and construction of the Wonder Pole®,, the strongest telescoping fiberglass pole made in the USA.
Because we control the entire process from start to finish we can insure the quality and construction. Our exclusive “Circ” wound poles are the strongest in the industry. The method of construction prohibits the line cracking of the fiberglass pole, which is common in poles with only longitudinal strands. Like a crack in your windshield, it will keep going until the pole fails.
We start with longitudinal strands (high glass content) for strength, and durability. Next we use our exclusive process circumferentially wrapping the glass strands to give additional hoop strength and crack resistance.
A second set of longitudinal strands are now added.
Now comes the uniform pultrusion reinforcement mat. We use a registered glass fiber reinforcement mat designed to provide uniform size and reinforcements along the entire pole. The mat materials we use incorporate high transverse structural properties into each pole. Our fiberglass laminated Wonder Poles have demanding structural requirements. The filaments of Advantex® glass fiber reinforcements bonded together with a styrene insoluble binder system are employed in our telescoping fiberglass pole design and process. A chemical sizing is applied to the glass fibers to insure compatibility with high quality resin process system and a long-term durability in the composite laminate.
The two Nexus ® veils offer superior corrosion and stress corrosion resistance, and make our Wonder Poles stand out from the cheaper made inferior models sold by other pole and flag manufacturers. The high quality Nexus® Veil prevents fiber bloom (fiberglass slivers). We also include a UV inhibitor. Our “Sure Lock” grips are factory molded, and press fitted on the pole. No glue or rivets are used to hold the fittings on the pole. Wonder Pole®, are best fiberglass telescopic pole made today.
All this and our high quality resins, and UV inhibitors insure that you will get what you paid for.
We do not use glue or rivets, which come loose, to keep the handles or fittings on the pole. The Wonder Pole® is non conductive, and does not have any of the electrical hazards commonly associated with metal poles. You can replace any part of the pole or add to the Wonder Pole® at any time.
